Day 1: Flight To Paris (France)
Board your transatlantic flight and fly through the night to Paris (France).
Day 2: Paris
Bienvenue en France! Meet your French Prometour Tour Director upon arrival at the airport.
Transfer to your hotel to drop off your luggage and check-in.
While in Paris, travel as the locals do by walking or taking public transportation.
Head to a Patisserie for French pastries.
Enter the Pantheon, an early example of Neoclassicism, with a facade modeled after the Pantheon in Rome.
Walk through the Quartier Latin and see the Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne University and Église Saint-Sulpice.
Have dinner with your group in a local restaurant.

Day 3: Paris
Breakfast at the hotel with your group.
Have a guided visit of Musée d’Orsay which was originally a railway station, and discover a collection of French art from the 19th and 20th centuries that includes paintings, sculptures, furniture, and literature.
Spend time in the Jardins des Tuileries, a wonderful place to watch.
Parisians go about their day.
Stroll on the Champs-Elysées and see the Arc de Triomphe, the location of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and Eternal Flame.
Head to Place du Trocadéro and have a stroll through the beautifully landscaped Champ de Mars.
Admire the architecture of Paris as you cruise along the River Seine on board a Bateaux-Mouches.
Early dinner at the 1st-floor restaurant of the Eiffel Tower ’58 Tour Eiffel’, feel like you’re at the heart of Parisian nightlife as you enjoy the view! – Subject to availability
Get a bird’s eye view of Paris from the observation platforms of the Eiffel Tower (3rd-floor access is included but subject to availability).

Day 4: Paris
Breakfast at the hotel with your group.
Enter Sainte-Chapelle; a masterpiece of flamboyant Gothic architecture with its unique stained glass windows, rendering the air iridescent with light and colour.
Attend Mass at the famous Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris.
Climb up the 387 steps to the top of the Notre-Dame Towers.
Walk around Île de la Cité, the center of medieval and Gothic Paris; see the Palais de Justice which houses Sainte-Chapelle.
With the help of an audio-guide, explore the Musée du Louvre; learn about some of the great European artists and see their masterpieces. Some works you will see include Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, the Venus De Milo, the Raft of the Medusa by Theodore Gericault, and several others.

Day 5: Versailles – Paris
Breakfast at the hotel with your group.
Board the RER and head to Versailles.
With a local guide, visit the Château de Versailles, one of the most beautiful achievements of 18th-century French art; some of the rooms open to visit are the Grand Apartments, the Royal Chapel and the Hall of Mirrors.
Explore the elegantly landscaped Gardens of Château de Versailles with a stop at Marie Antoinette’s Hameau.
Board the RER and return to Paris.
Discover Quartier Montmartre, known as “la Butte” and make sure to enter the Sacré-Cœur Basilica.
Have dinner with your group in a local restaurant.
Overnight accommodation in Paris.
Day 6: Paris – Rome
Breakfast at the hotel with your group.
Transfer by motor coach from your hotel to the airport.
Say a fond Au revoir to your French Prometour Tour Director and continue on with your trip.
Board your flight from Paris to Rome.
Benvenuti in Italia! Meet your Italian Prometour Tour Director upon arrival at the airport.
Transfer to your hotel for check-in.
While in Rome, travel as the locals do by walking, or taking public transport.
Explore Rome’s Piazzas with your Prometour Tour Director; Piazza della Rotonda and the Pantheon, the Fountain of Four Rivers in Piazza Navona & historic Piazza del Popolo.
Dinner with your group in a local restaurant.

Day 7: Rome
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel with your group.
Explore the most monumental elements of this majestic city with your local guide who will bring to life the spirit of Ancient Roman; the Colosseum, where gladiators once battled, the Roman Imperial Forum with focus on Roman mythology and a walk through the Roman Forum ending at the Palatine Hill.
The creation of the Capitoline Museums can be traced back to 1471, when Pope Sixtus IV donated a group of bronze statues of great symbolic value to the people of Rome; today’s collections are still closely linked to the city.

Feel like a local and spend time people watching on the Spanish Steps.

Day 8: Rome – Vatican City – Rome
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel with your group.
With a local guide, visit St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum including the Raphael Rooms, Tapestry Gallery & Sistine Chapel, then have time to discover St. Peter’s Square at your own pace.
Visit Galleria Borghese, with its ground floor containing sculptures and the upper floor holding collected paintings.
Dinner with your group in a local restaurant.
Make a wish as you toss a coin in the Trevi Fountain, legend says it will one day bring you back to Rome.
Overnight accommodation in Rome.
Day 9: Fly Back Home
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel with your group.
Transfer by motor coach from your hotel to the airport.
Say a fond Arrivederci to your Italian Prometour Tour Director.
Board your transatlantic flight from Rome and fly back home.
