Day 1: Fly to France
Board your transatlantic flight from New York and fly through the night to France
Day 2: Nice
Welcome to Nice! A representative from your French school will welcome you upon arrival. Then transfer and meet your French host families as they will welcome you and take you to their home to settle in.
Get to know them over dinner followed by overnight accommodation
Take classes in a French School in Nice with a dynamic atmosphere which benefits from the unique Mediterranean climate in both summer and winter alike! You will partake in French classes weekday mornings – 3 hours per day during one week, with qualified, experienced and native French teachers
You will learn Oral Expression, Comprehension of French Civilization, and Grammar Application in written and oral speech. Groups consist of 17 participants or less. If your group has more than 17 participants, it will be divided in two. At the end of the program, each participant will receive a certificate.
The objectives of the classes:
Development of all 4 main language skills: speaking, reading, writing and listening and focus on oral communication
Improve vocabulary and core grammar skills
Develop knowledge of French culture and civilization
Speak and write with fluency and accuracy in an everyday situation, for professional and/or academic purposes according to the learners’ goals and levels in French
You will have an initial level test on Monday morning
French course: 20 lessons per week from Monday to Friday
In the afternoon you’ll discover the Mediterranean region and its culture!

Day 3: Nice
Enjoy breakfast with your host families, then head out to your French School for your language classes
Upon arrival to the school, you’ll take a placement test in order to evaluate your French level
Partake in your French class
Have some time for lunch
After lunch, discover the city of Nice with your group. You’ll visit the Historic Quarter; see the Promenade des Anglais, Place Garibaldi and much more.
Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation

Day 4: Nice
Enjoy breakfast with your host families, then head out to your French School for your language classes
Partake in your French class
Have some time for lunch
After lunch, depart for Monaco by train. With your group, you’ll discover Le Rocher located in the oldest quarter of Monaco. You’ll also see the Le Condamine district and Monte Carlo.
Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation

Day 5: Nice
Enjoy breakfast with your host families, then head out to your French School for your language classes
Partake in your French class
Have some time for lunch
After lunch, depart for Cannes by train. You’ll visit the Port and the Historic Quarter. Don’t forget to take a look at the famous Promenade de la Croisette
Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation

Partake in your French class
Have some time for lunch

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation
