Transfer to your hotel to drop off the luggage
Enjoy a walkabout in the Old Town Quarter and the Historic Royal Mile, where the city was first developed
Have dinner at a local restaurant

Day 3: Edinburgh

Breakfast at the hotel
Follow a local guide on the walking tour – See the Edinburgh Castle and the New Town
Visit the Holyrood Palace – once the home of Mary Queen of Scots and now the official Scottish residence of Queen Elizabeth II
Have lunch on your own
The remainder of the day is at your leisure; why not explore the shops that sell clothing made with original Scottish wool?

Day 4: Edinburgh – Glasgow

Board your bus and travel to Glasgow and explore Central Scotland and places related to the history of Scots.
See Linlithgow Palace, the birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots, as you travel to Stirling Castle – known as the ”Key to Scotland”
You’ll visit the Royal Palace, The Grand Hall, and the Tapestry Room
Then, stop at the National Wallace Museum – it commemorates Sir William Wallace
As you arrive in Glasgow, follow your Tour Director on a discovery tour of the main highlights; Glasgow’s Central Necropolis, the Cathedral and the People’s Palace – a museum that covers the social history of Glasgow
Have time to discover the city’s famous Sauchiehall Street

Day 5: Glasgow – Belfast

Visit Belfast Castle dating from the 1870’s, see the City Hall which stands as a symbol to Belfast’s Industrial Revolution and discover the Golden Mile
Enter the Titanic Visitor Center – see the Titanic Dock and Pump House

Day 6: Belfast – Dublin

Board your bus and travel to Dublin, the capital of the Republic of Ireland
Visit Trinity College; Dublin’s literary traditions date back over a thousand years when monks would transcribe the bible into beautiful manuscripts. The best surviving example; The Book of Kells dating from 800 AD, is on display
Visit also the Old Library, with its 65-meter long room housing 5 million publications and counting
Enjoy dinner at The Brazen Head Pub, one of the oldest pubs in Dublin

Day 7: Dublin

Meet a local guide for a full day of discovery by bus and by foot
Discover the statues of O’Connell Street, Parnell Square, the Custom House and the Dublin General Post Office
Visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral, built in honor of Ireland’s Patron Saint
Enter Kilmainham Gaol; one of the largest unoccupied jails in Europe
Finish off with the Guinness Storehouse – Ireland’s most visited attraction; Tour the converted 19th century building housing the World of Guinness Exhibition as well as a film showing how the famous stout is made
