We do not combine groups. Your group travels exclusively – your own bus, your own guide, your own schedule. You get one dedicated Tour Consultant who builds the trip with you, prepares your quote, and stays with you through registration and group confirmation. Once your group is confirmed, a dedicated Project Manager takes over – handling visas, forms, confirmations, changes, accommodations, and everything leading up to departure and back home. On the trip itself, your group has a private dedicated Tour Director with you every day. And your Tour Consultant is yours for the long term – year after year, the same person knows your school, your preferences, and your history with Prométour.

The earlier you start, the better your options. Early planners get first choice of dates, preferred activities, and the best pricing. For trips to Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa, we recommend starting to plan at least a year in advance and confirming your group no later than 6 months before departure – that gives our operations team enough time to secure everything at its best. For Quebec and Canadian programs, a minimum of 3 months confirmation is needed. If you are working with a tighter timeline, reach out anyway – we can often make it work, though closer to travel dates can mean fewer options and higher costs.
