Your group deserves much more than one person who is over worked or a random set of people who you are constantly passed between. Meet your dedicated team!
Dedicated Tour Consultant
You share your vision, destination, budget, and group size. Your Consultant builds or adjusts an itinerary around your goals and dates, then provides the documentation your school or board needs for approval, including parent Q&A sessions.
Dedicated Tour Project Manager
On board/school approval, registrations open online for students and families. Your Project Manager keeps everything organized with reminders, checklists, and deadlines, and our operations teams secure the flights, hotels, and activities behind the scenes.
Dedicated Tour Director
Final checklists cleared, and your group is ready for take-off. On arrival you meet your Tour Director, and local teams support you throughout the trip. When you get home, we start planning next year.
