Enjoy dinner with your group at Le Procope Cafe, the oldest cafe in Paris, it was the hub of the artistic and literary community in 18th and 19th century Paris

Day 3: Paris

Day 4: Epernay

Collect your luggage and meet your group in the hotel lobby

Board your motor coach and travel to Epernay, the self-proclaimed capitale du Champagne

Walk along the Avenue de Champagne, perhaps one of the richest streets in the world, it’s where you’ll find the grand champagne houses, many with remarkable caves below the buildings, as well as the most impressive homes and chateaux in Epernay

Visit the world-renowned champagne cellars of Moët et Chandon; with the longest maze of underground tunnels, almost 30 kilometres and up to 30 metres underground, the steady temperatures and humidity are key to storing champagne and the secondary fermentation process, which is what gives Champagne its fizz. Your tour includes a tasting of the Grand Vintage 2012 and Grand Vintage Rosé 2012, accompanied by a selection of sweet and savoury appetizers

Day 5: Chalons en Champagne

Embark on a hot air balloon ride and marvel at the unique 360° view over the vineyards and the “Avenue de Champagne” of Epernay

Enjoy lunch with your group at Rôtisserie Henri IV, known for its local cuisine of roasted meats

Board your motor coach and travel to Châlons-en-Champagne, the Sparkling Venice of the Marne

Visit the Champagne House of Joseph Perrier; its historical cellars are buried within chalk tunnels dating back to the Gallic-Roman era, the tour ends with a tasting of the “Cuvée Royale”

Stop at Maison Caffet Chocolate Shop located on la rue Gourmande Chalonnais, as it deserves to be, with its finely crafted chocolate delicacies imagined by a World Champion Dessert Chef

This evening take a ride through the canals and enjoy Metamorph’eau’ses, a unique light and sound show that highlights the charm of Châlons-en-Champagne

Day 6: Verzy & Reims

Stop at Distillerie Guillon to learn the secrets of distilling whiskey in a region known for Champagne; your visit includes trying a selection of their products accompanied by specially chosen local meats and cheeses to help bring out the flavours

Enjoy the view while sipping a glass of Champagne at the tree-top Perching Bar, described as an elegant tree house; built around a majestic oak tree, it is accessible on foot by uneven forest paths and a series of suspended wooden walkways

Board your motor coach and travel to Reims, the gateway to France’s Champagne region

Enter the Cathedral Notre Dame de Reims; with its famous Smiling Angel sculpture, Marc Chagall stained glass windows, and holding 31 coronations of French kings, it’s easy to see why it is a UNESCO world heritage site.

Have dinner with your group in a local restaurant Experience an unforgettable evening at the Lido de Paris theatre located in the heart of the Champs-Elysées. The “Paris Merveille” cabaret show* is a sequin-studded spectacle that combines sensual set designs, the music of a live orchestra, and flawless choreography with high-energy dancing led by the Lido dancers, the famous Bluebell Girls. A night at the Lido is one of Paris’ most famous cultural icons!
