DAY 1: HOME – NICE 

Board your transatlantic flight and fly through the night to Nice.

DAY 2: NICE 

Welcome to Nice! An École France Langue representative will welcome you upon arrival.

Transfer and meet your French host families as they will welcome you and take you to their home to settle in.

Get to know them over dinner followed by overnight accommodation.

DAY 3: NICE 

Breakfast with your host families, then head out to École France Langue.

Upon arrival at the school, you’ll take a placement test in order to evaluate your French level.

Partake in a 3-hour French class.

Have some time for lunch.

This afternoon discover the city of Nice – see the Historic Quarter; see the Promenade des Anglais, Place Garibaldi.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 4: NICE 

Breakfast with your host families, then head out to École France Langue.

Partake in a 3-hour French class.

Have some time for lunch.

This afternoon depart for Monaco by train – Discover Le Rocher located in the oldest quarter of Monaco.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 5: NICE 

Breakfast with your host families, then head out to École France Langue.

Partake in a 3-hour French class.

Have some time for lunch.

This afternoon, take the train to Cannes – See the Port and the Historic Quarter and the famous Promenade de la Croisette.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 6: NICE 

Breakfast with your host families, then head out to École France Langue.

Partake in a 3-hour French class.

Have some time for lunch.

This afternoon, visit the town of Eze – Marvel at the breathtaking views from high above the Mediterranean, this medieval mountain town will charm you.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 7: NICE 

Breakfast with your host families, then head out to École France Langue.

Partake in a 3-hour French class.

Have some time for lunch.

Visit Les Confiseries Florian and learn all about the bonbon niçois!

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 8: NICE – AVIGNON 

Enjoy breakfast and then say Au Revoir to your host families.

Travel to Aix-en-Provence – a city where many great artists have come for inspiration.

Explore the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence – a city where many great artists have come for inspiration, including Cézanne.

Enjoy lunch on your own.

Discover the secrets of Soap Making during this hand- on workshop – it will take you through the process step by step.

Continue on to Avignon.

Leisure time to explore Avignon at your own pace.

Dinner with at a local restaurant.

Overnight accommodation in Avignon.

DAY 9: AVIGNON – NICE 

Breakfast at the hotel.

Guided walking tour of Avignon with a local guide – Explore the Place de l’Horloge, visit the Palais des Papes – the biggest Gothic palace in all of Europe.

Then investigate the half-span of Pont d’Avignon made famous by a nursery rhyme.

Enjoy lunch on your own.

See Pont du Gard, the famous three-level stone aqueduct that crosses the Gardon River Valley.

Return to Nice.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight accommodation in Nice.

DAY 10: NICE – HOME

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer by motor coach to the airport.

Say Au Revoir to your Prométour Tour Director.

Board your transatlantic flight from Nice and fly back home.
