DAY 1: HOME – BERLIN

Board your transatlantic flight and fly through the night to Germany.

DAY 2: BERLIN

Welcome to Germany! Meet your Prométour Tour Director upon arrival at the airport.

Transfer to your hotel to drop off your luggage.

On an architectural walking tour of Berlin, see the contrast in Architecture of the city buildings – They are based on the Bauhaus School techniques, but realized if very different ways in the east and the west. See large residential areas such as Marzahn as well as the Zuckerbackerstil Building in Frankfurter Allee. Then see the Parliament buildings and Potsdamer Platz.

DAY 3: BERLIN

Follow a local guide on Street Art & Urban Gardens Tour of Berlin – Learn the history of the city through its murals and graffiti. Then see the difference between the former west and east part of the city through its gardens style, from community gardens, roof gardens and allotments across guerrilla gardens to planted side strips or tree slices.

Enjoy lunch on your own.

Enter the Urban Nation Museum – it has changed Berlin’s streets and facades into giant outdoor galleries as well as connecting people with their city using outdoor art and integrative neighborhood projects.

Partake in a graffiti workshop in the heart of Berlin – Learn the different techniques and styles of graffiti with a local artist.

DAY 4: BERLIN – DRESDEN

Breakfast at the hotel.

Board your bus and travel to Dresden.

Enter the signature landmark of Dresden – the Church of Our Lady. It is one of the most talked-about German buildings of the recent past.

Enjoy lunch on your own.

Follow a local guide on walking tour of Dresden focused on different architecture styles; Start with Neustadt Quarter, the largest Wilhelminian styled quarter in Germany. Then discover the Baroque Buildings of the Altstadt Quarter, then stroll through Kunsthofpassage – a complex of courtyards created with a different theme for each.

DAY 5: DRESDEN – PRAGUE

Explore at your own pace the Old Master Picture Gallery – it includes major Italian Renaissance works as well as Dutch and Flemish paintings. Don’t miss Raphael’s Sistine Madonna.

Board your bus and travel to Prague.

Upon arrival spend some leisure time exploring Prague at your own pace.

DAY 6: PRAGUE

Breakfast at the hotel.

Let a local guide show you all what Prague has to offer – from Cubism, Renaissance, Baroque, Gothic and Neoclassical styles. See the many spires and domes of Prague’s Churches, its Portals and Gates, the Old Town and of course the world-famous Charles Bridge!

Enjoy lunch on your own.

Visit the Castle of Prague, which is not a single structure but a collection of structures dating from the 10th to the 20th century, all linked by internal courtyards.

Have dinner with your group in a local restaurant.

DAY 7: PRAGUE – VIENNA

Breakfast at the hotel.

Board your bus and travel to Vienna.

Enjoy lunch on your own.

Visit at your own pace the Belvedere Gallery – home of world-famous artworks, including Gustav Klimt’s “The Kiss”.

Enjoy some leisure time to experience Vienna at your own pace.

DAY 8: VIENNA

Breakfast at the hotel.

Spend the day explore Vienna with the help of a local guide – See the splendor of the Ringstrasse with buildings from the Historicism Period as well as Art Nouveau buildings such as the Secession Museum and a unique metro station.

Stroll along the Museums Quartier, a mixture of history and contemporary architecture and much more!

Enter St-Stephan Cathedral – it is one of the most recognizable symbols of the city.

DAY 9: VIENNA – HOME
