DAY 3: EXCURSION TO VERSAILLES

Guided visit of the Château de Versailles – Originally built as a hunting lodge for Louis XIII, it was redesigned as the extravagant Palace it is today under the reign of the Sun King, Louis XIV.  You’ll see the Grand Apartments, the Royal Chapel and the Hall of Mirrors

DAY 4: PARIS

DAY 5: PARIS – TOURS

DAY 6: TOURS

DAY 7: TOURS – PARIS

Enter the Panthéon -the resting place of many famous people, such as Victor Hugo, Emile Zola, Marie Curie, and Simone Veil

Explore Place de la Bastille – it is where the ”storming of the Bastille” took place that afternoon of July 14th, 1789
