DAY 1: HOME – MALAGA 

Board your transatlantic flight and fly through the night to Spain

DAY 2: MALAGA 

Bienvenido a España! Meet your Spanish host families as they welcome you and take you to their home to settle in.

Dinner with your host family followed by overnight accommodation.

Chaperones are accommodated on campus.

DAY 3: MALAGA 

Breakfast with your host families and chaperones will have breakfast on campus.

Head out to the Malaca Instituto and take a placement test upon arrival.

Partake in your Spanish Classes.

Lunch on your own.

This afternoon set out on foot for a stroll around the Pedregalejo Area, see the market place and historical center of Malaga.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Chaperones are accommodated on campus.

DAY 4: MALAGA 

Breakfast with your host families and chaperones will have breakfast on campus.

Partake in your Spanish Classes.

Lunch on your own.

This afternoon, discover the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro. The Alcazaba is a palatial fortification built by the Hammudid dynasty in the early 11th century. This is the best-preserved Alcazaba in Spain.

Then visit the Gibralfaro Castle, part of it dates from 929 AD.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 5: MALAGA 

Breakfast with your host families and chaperones will have breakfast on campus.

Partake in your Spanish Classes.

Lunch on your own.

This afternoon, visit the Picasso Museum; Pablo Picasso himself wanted his work to be represented in the city of his birth.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Chaperones are accommodated on campus.

DAY 6: MALAGA 

Breakfast with your host families and chaperones will have breakfast on campus.

Partake in your Spanish Classes.

Lunch on your own.

This afternoon, enjoy a Tapas Tour! Taste the typical Spanish tapas in the historic city center.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

DAY 7: MALAGA 

Breakfast with your host families and chaperones will have breakfast on campus.

Partake in your Spanish Classes.

Lunch on your own.

This afternoon enjoy the Las Acacias beach located just in front of the school, have fun playing volley, tennis or football.

Return to your host families for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Chaperones are accommodated on campus.

DAY 8: MALAGA – MADRID 

After breakfast, say a fond goodbye to your host families!

Transfer by motor coach to the train station.

Board the high-speed train to Madrid.

Meet your Prométour Tour Director upon arrival at the train station.

Transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Lunch on your own.

Travel by taking public transportation.

With your Tour Director walk by the Metropolis, the Plaza de Cibeles with its fountain and the town hall. End your stroll at Puerto de Alcala.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight accommodation in Madrid.

DAY 9: MADRID 

Breakfast at the hotel.

Explore Madrid’s Rastro Market; the most popular open-air flea market in the city.

Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Parque El Retiro; it belonged to the Spanish Monarchy until the late 19th century and is now one of Madrid’s largest public parks.

Lunch on your own.

Guided walking tour of Madrid’s oldest quarter – See Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España and the Debod Egyptian, a 4th-century temple transferred stone by stone from Egypt.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight accommodation in Madrid.

DAY 10: MADRID – HOME 

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer by motor coach to the airport.

Say Hasta Luego to your Prométour Tour Director.

Board your transatlantic flight from Madrid and fly back home.
