Day 2: New York

Breakfast at the hotel.

Discover Central Park with your Prométour Tour Director.

Enjoy a visit the Museum Del Barrio, NYC’s only Latino Museum dedicated to Puerto Rican, Caribbean and Latin American art.

Go to the El Taller Latino Americano for some Salsa classes.

Enjoy dinner at El Café Espanol with your group.

Overnight accommodation in New Jersey.

Day 3: New York

Breakfast at the hotel.

With your Prométour Tour Director visit Spanish Harlem and explore the history of Salsa music while seeing and feeling one of New York City best kept cultural secrets. Your guide will explain the evolution of Salsa music and guide you to residences associated with innovators such as Tito Puente and Marc Anthony.

Go to the Queen Sofía Spanish Institute – the Institute’s two galleries hosts exhibits on themes related to Spanish art and the Spanish tradition in the Americas throughout the year (exhibit to be determined based on dates of travel).

Walk in to the lobby of the 70-story General Electric Building; learn why the Rockefellers commissioned Spanish artist Jose Maria Sert to paint those the impressive murals over the original mural painted by Mexican artist Diego Rivera.

Dinner in a local restaurant.

Attend a Spanish play at Repertorio Español – Subject to availability.

Overnight accommodation in New Jersey.

Day 4: Travel back Home
