Group Trip Enrollment
Now is the time to get the ball rolling on your adventure and enroll your participants. Here are easy to follow step-by-step information for the Group Leader and everything you need to know about enrollment.
Step 1: Review your Trip Brochure
1) Review your itinerary to ensure that it is consistent with your quote.
2) Familiarize yourself with the payment schedule.
Step 2: Enroll online as a Group Leader
1) In order to complete your online registration. Follow the instructions provided by your Tour Consultant. The instructions include a login and password unique to your group.
2) Be sure to select the Group Leader icon.
3) Share the enrollment instructions with your official chaperones (if applicable).
4) Official Chaperones can register at this time by selecting the Official Chaperone icon.
Step 3: Participant registration online
1) Share the trip and registration information with interested participants.
2) Promote your trip and get everyone excited!
3) Plan an information meeting and begin the enrollment process for your group.
